What I do.
Back in the dim and distant past, I was trained as a broadcaster and went on to become a consultant with a small communication consulting firm. The broadcast training taught me about radio and television production as well as the importance of deadlines. The communication consulting job taught me about print production.
This knowledge not only allows me to coordinate and supervise production, but also helps me write specifically for the medium.
